Fran O’Hara and some of the WWNT Co-Production Community supported the Wales Audit Office (WAO) to deliver the ‘Same Picture – Different Lenses’ Joint External Review Conference on 5 November 2014, at the Wales Millennium Centre. The WAO are placing service-users experience at the centre of the conference theme, and we were very pleased to be able to suggest some authentic and strong citizen voices for use in their video and to attend the event. Fran also be co-designed and co-delivered 3 World Café sessions on the conference themes of:
– Listening
– Value, and
– Working Together.
